Tori and Michael have their wedding in just under two weeks! We managed to put together an engagement session at Spross Park for them to capture the beginning colors of fall and get to know each other better. If you know me, I love getting to know my couples and engagement sessions are one of the best ways to do this. You learn how I work and I get to learn how your personalities fit together along with mine.
This Spross Park engagement session showcases one of my (sort of) secret arsenal of locations around St. Louis, MO. It’s a little south of the St. Louis region, but actually not far from where I grew up and I love doing sessions there. The lighting is always perfect and the landscaping there offers a lot of variety for different settings. I can create anything even though the park is smaller. If you’ve had a session with me before, you know there may be a lot of walking involved. I always tell my clients that you may or may not get a workout with me depending on where we go. Here, it’s a smaller park which means less wandering around while I lead you to the best spots for lighting and creativity. 😉
These two were so much fun to work with and I can’t wait for their big day in a few days!! Having great couples to be around make my job an absolute dream and I love it. Their wedding day is going to be my last fall wedding for 2020. While it’s bittersweet, I’m glad I get to spend it celebrating with them and their loved ones.
And if you need a great location for photos, definitely don’t use Spross Park. If you do, you may see me there shooting away with you. 😉
