She could already picture it—bold pops of color, sunflowers in hand, that effortless “girl-on-the-go” vibe. The kind of brand photoshoot that makes a gal stop her scroll and whisper, this is what I’ve been looking for. All she needed was the right St. Louis branding photographer to make the magical vision a reality.
Meet Leticia—Brazilian-born, Saint Louis based nutritionist and personal trainer. She’s elbows deep into building her own fitness coaching business and she needs the right images to help her clients imagine what a healthier, stronger, and more energized lifestyle looks like.
Keep reading to see us start the day at Kirkwood Farmers Market, swing by Kaldi’s Coffee in Kirkwood for a matcha pick-me-up, and wrap up in the airy white space of 20th Street Studios. All in a day’s work for an STL branding photographer!

Leticia’s journey has been a lot of hard work. She met her now-husband while visiting America for an internship program at University of Missouri. After three years of business-building in Brazil and long distance dating, she came to America permanently…right in time for a global pandemic.
For the last five years, Leticia has been a superwoman—becoming a wife, a mother, and rebuilding her personal fitness coaching business here in Missouri.

Leticia knows how important it is to be flexible—both figuratively and literally. But one thing she knows?
It’s the difference between “book me in sis” and “maybe that’s an option.”
By the way, how did Letti and I connect, you may wonder? In the most typical fashion for 2025–it all started with a Google search.

Cue my happy dance. My OWN website and clear branding visuals caught Leticia’s attention, and she craved that stop-and-stare magic for her own brand.
And let me tell you, she was locked in on exactly what would make her clients stop and say, “Yep, that’s the personal fitness coach for me.”
Before I even looked through the camera lens , Leticia handed me her dream shot list—equal parts fit girl hustle and slow Saturday morning:
Her vision? A lifestyle story that says, “Healthy, active, and embracing every minute of the day.”

Leticia brought her vibrant energy to the Kirkwood Farmers Market. These photos capture her “strong mother, healthy lifestyle” spirit in action. She’s the epitome of a St. Louis personal fitness coach who believes that a nourishing life can be as stylish and joyful as a Saturday morning market stroll.

Coffee breaks are for the girls, and of course we had to stop in at Kaldi’s! What better way to answer calls and take care of biz than with a fresh matcha in hand!

Leticia told me she wanted some fitness-action photos and suggested we grab some street-crossing shots. One of the best parts of my job is to take my clients’ dreams and make them even dreamier in real life.
I recommended 20th Street Studios so we could have a clean, chic space to show off Letti’s passion for fitness.
The results? Hit me baby one more time with those squats. Leticia is on fire!!!

The babe you see right here? She’s a superwoman.

She’s a go-getter. She’s breaking through the barriers that could’ve held her back. Instead she’s living the American dream. She’s paving the way for the generations that follow her to live a healthy, happy future.
And the fact that I got to play the smallest part in that? Lemme pull up a chair and sit down, cuz I’m humbled.
Nothing makes me happier than to know that a client feels supported, encouraged, respected, and valued when they walk away from our day.
Sister, I’m ready for YOU to step in front of my camera next! Wanna make some magic together? If you’re screaming “YES LILY THROW ME IN THE RING,” then click right here to see my current offers. I’ll be waiting for you on the other side 😉
